The following are non-negotiable conditions in regards to my art and adoptables.
You automatically enter into this 'contract-of-sorts' when commissioning me or purchasing one of my adoptables.

In regards to my personal work:
This includes work I set as prints and all sketches, icons, WIPs and full works.
All of characters represented in personal pieces are copyright to me unless otherwise stated in the artist's description.
They may not be used  or claimed by another person or group without my written permission.
My personal art may not be uploaded onto DeviantART or any other website (or used for any other purpose) by any other person than myself.


In regards to commissioned work:
This includes any work that has been commissioned by another person or group.
All of the characters represented in commissioned works are credited to their respective owners and shall not be used by any person or group without the written permission of the owner of that character.
The commissioned artwork itself is owned by both myself and the commissioner, permission must be sought from both parties before the artwork is used/ reuploaded/ altered in any way.

In regards to designs/adopts:
Any adoptable or design I may have for sale is the property of myself until confirmation of sale to another person is made.
Sale is for the single design only and not for the species unless otherwise stated.
Adoptables and customs that are of my own species are for the individual only and by buying the individual character the buyer agrees to follow the set rules (and any that may change or appear in the future) given to the species.
By purchasing an adopt from me the buyer agrees to follow any rules set in the artist's description.
Adoptables purchased from me shall not be resold or redistributed.
If the buyer does not wish to keep the adoptable, rather than it being given away or resold, it shall be returned to me for resale. (there shall be no refund for this.)
Adopted designs and characters may not be 'bred' without my written permission.
If any of the conditions and rules regarding adoptables and designs are breached I will give the person who has breached those rules a single written warning before contacting DeviantART staff and informing them of the breach of contract.

In regards to comics and stories:
This includes all comic and graphic novel pages, short story and novels (partial or complete) as well as concepts and brief summaries of stories and 'universes'.
All comics and stories, unless written/drawn for another person or group and unless otherwise stared in the artist's description, are my own and copyright to myself.
Comic pages from my own stories (personal not commissioned) shall not be re uploaded or redistributed or used for profit by any other person without my written permission.


A small note regarding commission prices:
Prices are allways subject to change.
I have the right to decline any commission.
There are some things I will NOT draw.
Payment must be made in full before I commence work on a commission.
If down payment is made instead of full payment, I will progress to the sketch phase, the entire payment is required for me to progress past a sketch.
Rush fees do not necessarily mean you will get your commission right away, that would mean speed over quality, they mean your art is placed in front of other owed works in my to do list and has a higher priority for completion than others.
In regards to refunds, once you have made a payment, it is final, so decide carefully. This is because money from commissions usually goes to funds for things like course books and gear that I need.
Changes should be made in the sketch phase. I will show the commissioner WIPs of their artwork. Changes can only be made afterwards if something like colouring or markings, etc are wrong. Posing an anatomy should be addressed in the sketches.

I WILL draw:
Humans, animals, anthropomorphic animals, machines (such as robots and cars)... almost anything not on my WILL NOT draw list.

I WILL NOT draw:
Nudity, adult art (c'mon guys.. really? need I say this?) obscene amounts of gore or violence (a little is fine) ... There are other things I am uncomfortable with drawing. Ask.. do not get snarky because I refuse to draw certain things.


Please do not resubmit, redistribute, sell, copy, trace, or use for profit any of my art without expressed written permission from myself =Ichuzaab
